How to request deletion
Email us your request
Send an email to hello@digiparking.net from your registered email, or from the mobile number registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." Please include:
- Your registered name and mobile number
- The vehicle number plate(s) linked to your account
- If you've shared a vehicle with others, whether their access should be removed too
What gets deleted
- Your Parker account profile and login details
- Vehicle profiles and number plates linked to your account
- Your personal parking session history
- Vehicle-sharing invites you sent or accepted
What we keep, and for how long

| Session records already logged in a venue's ledger | Venues are entitled to keep their own audit trail and transaction records for accounting and legal purposes, even after your personal account is deleted |
| Billing and tax records | Retained up to 8 years as required by Indian law |
| Entry verification photos tied to a disputed session | Retained until the dispute is resolved |
Outside of these cases, we aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request came from the account holder. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
